70 Bach Choräle vs 50 Bach Solos

Bin nun stolzer Besitzer beider Ausgaben. Beide herausgegeben vom Verlag Cherry lane und beide arrangiert von Mark Philipps. Das Notenbild und die Tabulatur sind excellent zu lesen und die beigefügten CDs sind auch von ansprechender Tonqualität. Die Bezeichnungen für die Spielbarkeit der Werke erscheint mir jedoch nicht ganz schlüssig. Die 50 Solos werden als "for classical guitar" bezeichnet. Die 70 Choräle dagegen als "for easy classical guitar". Das habe nicht so empfunden. Mit den 50 Solos hat man schon ganz gut zu tun und die 70 Choräle stehen dem nicht nur in der Masse sondern auch in der technischen Komplexität in nichts nach. Einem Einsteiger würde ich persönlich die 50 Solos empfehlen, da hier eine größere Bandbreite des Meisters vorgestellt wird.

Zu empfehlen sind beide Ausgaben aber unbedingt.
